Licensed Therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, and relationships

Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT) specializing in anxiety therapy, OCD treatment, and relationship counseling for adults, as well as parenting coaching for parents. Through secure and convenient tele-health sessions, I work with clients across New York, Florida, and Vermont who are ready to move beyond chronic worry, intrusive thoughts, and relationship strain.

My approach is structured, evidence-based, and collaborative. We focus on practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change — so you can experience more calm, confidence, and connection in your daily life.

 FAQs

  • My practice is 100% telehealth at this time. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, with the added benefits of convenience and comfort. Pleas reach out with any concerns you might have about remote counseling.

  • Currently, I am in network with Aetna. For most other insurance providers I am considered “out of network,” which means you would pay me directly and submit a receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have any questions about insurance payment or reimbursement, please email me with information about your current insurance plan, and I’m happy to answer any questions you have.

  • 60 minute initial assessment session, individuals or couples: $225

Longer or shorter sessions are available by request.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance—or who are not using insurance—an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including mental health care.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.

    • You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate in writing before you schedule a service or at any time.

    • If you schedule a session, you will receive a written estimate of the expected costs for services.

    • The estimate will include the total expected cost of services for a given period (such as weekly sessions for a year).

    • The Good Faith Estimate is not a bill. Your actual costs may vary depending on your needs and treatment plan.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
